Harmony Waits in the Grave

Harmony Waits in the Grave

Recently I drove past a sign that pointed left and said "Cementry". And then just after it was another sign also pointing in the same direction that said "Harmony Hill". The juxtaposition of the signs struck me. We can fight and argue about so many things. We can hate and see division but eventually, no matter who we are, we all end in the grave – and there there is harmony. "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even their name is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun." (Ecclesiastes 9:5-6). We have an opportunity to serve God and show love now while we are alive. Let's not waste it on hate and division. Harmony in life is far more rewarding than in death. "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" (Psalms 133:1). (Craig B). Open Bible – bit.ly/Ecc9v5-6, bit.ly/Psa133v1
