Today belief in God in many Western countries which were built on Christian values and principles has dropped to as low as 18%. People today prefer to do what is right in their own eyes. To be gods of their own destinies. However, when choosing a path separate from God we put ourselves on a path of self-destruction where hatred, envy, self-obsession, anger, and depression become the hallmarks of life. And to cap it off, a future hope of nothing, just death. We can’t separate ourselves from our creator. We are His offspring. “In him we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28). God is love, and He desires his offspring to live a life of love. A wonderful promise awaits all who in humility and faith connect themselves to God and his son the Lord Jesus Christ. “And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” (John 6:40). God wants you to experience a life filled with His loving presence today, and in the future everlasting life.
