My pillow

My pillow

We live somewhat of a gypsy life, always on the move. Sometimes we sleep in a different place every night for several weeks – everything from our rooftop tent to a timeshare apartment. The issue is that every place has a different bed – some hard, some soft, some with huge pillows, some with lumpy pillows. While we travel light, one item we always take is our small travel pillows. So wherever we are, in whatever bed, our head rests on the same familiar pillow – and we sleep soundly. We are all living a gypsy life – always on the move as every day we travel to a new day, a time we have never been to. Each day brings new experiences and new challenges – often unfamiliar and uncomfortable. And so, how do we find peace in all this change? What can we rest on? As the nation of Israel was heading out on the biggest journey of their history, God made a promise – “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (Exodus 33:14). As you travel through new places called today and tomorrow, know that while everything changes God will always be there, the same comforting presence “yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 11:8). Rest on Him. Open Bible – http://bit.ly/Exo33v14, http://bit.ly/Heb11v8, http://bit.ly/READMore_
