Sorry, Same Error Again

Sorry, Same Error Again

Anyone who has worked with AI tools knows the frustration: you ask it to do something, it returns with the wrong result, you ask again, and it comes back with "Sorry about that – here is the correct result," yet nothing has changed. The apology without any real change makes the irritation worse. That frustration made me wonder how God feels when we behave exactly like this. We sin, apologize, commit to doing better, then commit the same sin again and again. "For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do-this I keep on doing." (Romans 7:19). We have a truly longsuffering God whose patience is beyond what we as humans can comprehend. Yet still we must ask ourselves: "do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repentance" (Romans 2:4)? His kindness is not a license to keep returning with empty apologies – it is a call to genuine transformation. Let's make this our honest prayer: "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." (Psalms 51:10). (Craig B). Open Bible – bit.ly/Rom7v19, bit.ly/ROM2V4, bit.ly/Psa51v10
