Have you ever had someone you’ve spoken to many times but never met in person? It’s like the old idea of a pen pal—writing letters to someone far away. Today, it’s common with online meetings, messages, or Zoom calls. My wife and I recently met a couple we had only spoken to online, and it was so refreshing to speak face to face. For believers, this moment is coming for all of us. One day, we will meet someone we’ve spoken to hundreds of times—Jesus. In John 14:3 He promises, “I will come back and take you to be with me,” a powerful reminder that our Lord will return, and we will finally see Him in person. Every prayer, every word spoken to Him, is building toward that moment.
