In a world that prizes boldness, influence, and self-promotion, meekness sounds like a liability — something to hide rather than celebrate. But Jesus flips that assumption completely when He declares, "Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth." (Matthew 5:5) If you think meek is weak, consider Moses. Scripture tells us that "the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth." (Numbers 12:3) Yet this same meek man stood before the most powerful ruler of his day and led an entire nation to freedom through a desert. Moses was not weak — he was willing. Willing to showcase God rather than himself. And because of that posture, God drew close. "The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend." (Exodus 33:11) That closeness had a direct, practical result: God promised that "the meek will he teach his way." (Psalms 25:9) Imagine the all-powerful God of the universe guiding your decisions and showing you the best path forward. That is exactly what meekness unlocks. While humility is our attitude of mind, meekness is our attitude of behavior — God's glory made visible in the way we live and choose. Meek is not weakness. It is the quiet, unshakeable strength of someone who has God directing their every step. (Craig B). Open Bible – bit.ly/mat5v5, bit.ly/Num12v3, bit.ly/exo33v11, bit.ly/Psa25v9
