We were recently hiking in the Cederberg, a stunning area of South Africa with incredible rock formations and many Khoi-San paintings in the caves along the paths. This is amazing evidence that these tribes once lived in this area. People came from all over the world to see these paintings. Yet it is a sad irony that many people while acknowledging these rudimentary inscriptions on the rocks as evidence of man’s presence and creative skill, fail to see the mighty rock formations these paintings are on as evidence of God, the creator of all. While the paintings’ existence is evidence of creators, the existence of the rocks and the creators of the paintings themselves is blind chance. Most simply do not want to be accountable to anyone but instead, choose to be gods of their own life and destiny. Yet, when we open our eyes and see the visible hand of God in everything around us, when we turn from our pride to our Almighty Creator, not only will we experience a life filled with His everlasting love, wisdom and peace, but our Heavenly Father will create a life for us that is “immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us” (Ephesians 3:20). So, “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker” (Psalms 95:6). Open Bible – http://bit.ly/psa95v6, http://bit.ly/eph3v20-21, https://bit.ly/Share2Friends
