The unexpected path

The unexpected path

In order to reach my weekly fitness goal I had to run in a mountainous area even though I really wasn’t looking forward to it, as I knew it would be really tough. My assumptions were correct as before I’d reached a kilometre I was in very tough terrain when suddenly out of nowhere the most pristine rugby field I had ever laid my eyes on appeared. I thought it was a mirage, with its lush green grass in the middle of the mountains and better yet, the gate was open. I managed to have one of the easiest runs I’ve had as I simply did laps around this amazing surprise before returning home. This taught me the lesson that sometimes we won’t do something because we think it’s hard but it turns out to be easier than expected. Through the will of God we can accomplish things we think will be difficult, as Ephesians 3:20 states, “Now to him who is able to do far above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us”. Don’t sell yourself short of what you think you can do in a day or stress yourself out with something you think will be hard to complete. For the will of God surpasses anything we can conceive and works in all his believers. Open Bible – https://bit.ly/eph3v20 (Jean-Luc H)
