Suffering and sorrow are a part of every human’s condition. In these times, we often turn to God in the most intimate way. We cry to him for help and care. David wrote many psalms where he poured out his heart amid his suffering. It was at this time that he truly needed God. While David speaks of God’s amazing deliverance from troubles, he also tells us about God’s compassion. Our heavenly Father enters into the very core of our suffering. “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book” (Psalms 56:8). Whatever you are going through, know that God holds your tears as precious and worthy of His attention. In your suffering, God is not distant or detached. He is profoundly present, walking with you through every trial. And more than this, he promises us that one day, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” (Revelation 21:4). Take comfort in his presence and his promise. Open Bible – http://bit.ly/Psa56v8, https://bit.ly/rev21v4
