Let’s celebrate

Let’s celebrate

Let’s celebrate! Two words that lift the heart because something good has happened. Yet some people rarely celebrate, while others celebrate everything – from birthdays to small daily wins. There are many things in life that bring sadness, which we must mourn. But celebration is a choice. We can choose to honour achievements and milestones. The beauty of celebrating is that it helps us remember, whether it’s a birthday or a hard-earned degree. More than that, it draws people together. It creates energy and joy. God designed us to celebrate. The feasts He instituted were intentional moments of joy. “Celebrate the Festival of Unleavened Bread, because it was on this very day that I brought your divisions out of Egypt” (Exodus 12:17). We have much to be thankful for. One of the most beautiful moments of celebration in the Bible is when the prodigal son returns. The father says, “Let’s have a feast and celebrate” (Luke 15:23). This same celebration exists for all who come to God for salvation. He rejoices over us as His children. How precious we are in His sight. With joy, we should celebrate, daily, His gift of life, love, and grace.Today, let’s celebrate! (Craig B) Open Bible – https://bit.ly/Exo12v17, https://bit.ly/Luk15v23
