Begin praying

Begin praying

What do you do when faced with a concerning situation? We read that Daniel immediately turned to God in prayer. He first confessed his wrongdoing and unworthiness, then pleaded with God for help. An interesting response follows, spoken by an angel to Daniel: “The moment you began praying, a command was given. And now I am here to tell you what it was, for you are very precious to God” (Daniel 9:23). The moment he began praying, God responded immediately. If the angel hadn’t told him, Daniel might never have known God had heard his prayer and acted immediately. God hears our prayers. “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer” (Matthew 21:22). Not only does God hear, but He also responds even before we have finished praying: “Your Father knows what you need before you ask him” (Matthew 6:8). We may not always see the answer, or the answer we expect, but we can be sure that God has heard our prayer. And remember the assurance given to Daniel: “For you are very precious to God” (Daniel 9:23). Open Bible – http://bit.ly/Dan9v23, http://bit.ly/Mat21v22, https://bit.ly/Mat6v8
