No Fear!

No Fear!

Illness. Insolvency. Crime. War. Loneliness. These are just a few of the words that can trigger fear. Fear is something most of us live with at some level. Yet, it is one thing that we all don’t want. Not only is it dangerous to our physical and mental well-being, but it also is not what God wants for his children. Fear is part of what the ungodly will experience, especially in these last days when “people’s hearts (are) failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth” (Luke 21:26). However, God says, “Fear not, for I am with you” (Isaiah 41:10). And then John raises the bar saying, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love” (1 John 4:18). That’s crazy talk. How can we be expected to have no fear? The answer is “perfect love”. But I don’t have perfect love! Exactly. Only Jesus did (John 15:13). Only Jesus, living in us, can cast out our fear. When fears arise in you, let Jesus flood your life, so there is no room for fear to live. Let him cast it out of you. Know Jesus. No fear. Know peace. Open Bible – http://bit.ly/l1jo4v18, http://bit.ly/luk21v26, https://bit.ly/isa41v10, http://bit.ly/joh15v13
