Do you trust in God’s plan for your life? I am sure many would answer, “Yes! Definitely!” However, often in life, when things start to become stressful, and it feels like God is not answering our prayers the way we want, we begin to doubt God. We forget that God’s plan is not always going to align with ours. We read in Revelation 22:13 – “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End”. God is far greater than any plan we can create with our earthly perspective. God’s plan exceeds all our expectations. It’s not just knowing this, but believing it that is important. Something that brings me comfort when I’m going through a stressful time and I begin to doubt God’s plan is the knowledge that God’s plan has already been determined. “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.’” (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in God’s plan, his eternal plan, even when it seems to not align with our plans. After all, who has the better perspective of what leads to good?
