Many of us struggle with habits we know aren’t good for us, yet they’re hard to resist. Endless scrolling, binge-watching, or checking updates may seem harmless, but over time they shape our thoughts, steal our time, and quietly push God aside. These distractions often take us away from our families, our friends, and from serving those who need us most. God doesn’t condemn us for these struggles. Instead, He lovingly invites us to bring them before Him. He knows our weaknesses. Today is a chance to pause and lay those habits at His feet. Ask Him for self-control – a fruit of the Spirit that gives strength to choose what is good, even when temptation feels strong. James 4:7–8 says, “Submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” Change may not come instantly, but God is faithful. As you keep praying and seeking Him, trust that He is working in your heart. What habit will you surrender today? (Nicky B) Open Bible – https://bit.ly/Jam4v7-8
