There is something energising about new places and experiences. While travelling in Italy and France, I felt this. Everything was different, the places, the food, the signs, the interactions. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming but mostly it is inspiring. These moments spark awe, surprise, and wonder. We live more fully, more presently. But then we return to routine, and what once felt fresh becomes normal. Yet within us remains a longing to experience more. To see life through wide eyes again. The good news is that God offers us this. A new life. A life of wonder. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). And this is only the beginning. He also promises “a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:13). In Jesus we are invited to live a life not of fading excitement, but of renewed awe, today and forever. Open Bible – https://bit.ly/2Co5v17, https://bit.ly/2Pe3v13 (Craig B)
