Most of us have seen Jesus – not in person, but in someone whose life reflects His love. That quiet person who doesn’t seek attention yet reveals kindness, patience, and selflessness. They’re always ready to help, encourage, and sacrifice for others. These people may have faults, but their godly character shines brighter than any sermon. They are living examples of Jesus, and their lives preach louder than words. As the saying goes, “I’d rather see a sermon than hear one any day.” Scripture echoes this truth when talking about the relationship between a Christian wife and her unbelieving husband – “Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by your behavior” (1 Peter 3:1).
