We’ve all heard the phrase “you are what you eat,” but this doesn’t just apply to health and fitness. What your brain consumes shapes who you are. In today’s digital world, we live in the ultimate fast-food drive-through for the mind. With a simple swipe, we can consume endless media, often without thinking about its impact. Thoughts enter our minds, settle in our hearts, and soon shape our character. The Bible warns us about this in Proverbs 4:23: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” We often grant the outside world unrestricted access to our hearts—through the social media we scroll, the shows we binge, and the voices we listen to. This is your reminder to be intentional about what you take in. Fill your heart with God’s Word, for that is the ultimate safeguard against harmful influences. Let your heart overflow with His abundant love. Open Bible – https://bit.ly/pro4v23 (Jean-Luc H)
