In a world overflowing with hatred, division, and greed, God’s love truly comes from another dimension. Just pause for a moment and consider the vitriol we see daily in the media, among politicians, even in our families and workplaces. Now imagine a life shaped by God’s love. Scripture calls this agape love – pure, selfless, and transformative: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). Read that again slowly. Imagine a world where that love was lived out daily. If your life feels marked by envy, impatience, pride, anger, or hopelessness, ask God for His gift of divine love.
