A professor stands in front of his class, holding two eggs. “What’s the difference?” he asks. “Nothing,” the class replies. “One has a chick in it,” he says, “it has been fertilized. “So, what’s the difference?” “The one has been given life,” a student replies. “Yes, that’s correct. And how did it get life?” “From the DNA of the male,” someone says. “True. It’s this information that makes the difference between these two eggs. While they look the same, that information has unlocked life in this egg.” As humans, we are all the same on the outside, yet what happens on the inside depends on the information we receive. There is only one activating force that will bring eternal life, and it’s God’s Spirit. “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.” (John 6:63). Read God’s Word, let his divine code, his divine information enter you and you will experience a life as different as life is from death.
