From above

From above

Whilst I’m definitely no plane pilot, I’m still a pilot of sorts. According to the app linked to my drone for aerial photography, I’ve spent two days in the air and flown 260 kilometres. The thing I love most about capturing footage from above is the perspective I could never get with my physical limits. Every time I’m up there, it feels like the earth is a canvas painted by the most talented artist. Every rocky mountain, grassy plain, or turbulent sea reveals intricate details. Romans 1:20 states, “For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.” This verse comes to mind every time I fly my drone and witness God’s divine creation from above. The next time you find yourself in a beautiful part of God’s creation, take a moment to reflect on how blessed we are to see His invisible qualities displayed through His artistry on the earth.
