The water source

The water source

According to the World Health Organization, cholera, diarrhoea, dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid, polio, and other illnesses are linked to contaminated water! Water is life, but contaminated water is death. It’s vital, therefore, to have a safe water source because everything else flows from it. How safe is your water source? Not the one that flows when you open your tap, but the one that flows when you open your mouth. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23). Jesus explains this saying, “A good person brings good things out of the good stored up in their heart, and an evil person brings evil things out of the evil stored up in their heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of” (Luke 6:45). Our heart represents our innermost thoughts, hopes, and feelings. It’s from this that our reality flows – for good or bad. And so, the wisdom of Proverbs doesn’t deal with all the symptoms that we often focus on – fear, anger, lust, impatience, jealousy – but on the source, our heart. If you fill your heart with God and guard it against pollutants, everything will change. Everything! Open Bible – https://bit.ly/pro4v23, https://bit.ly/luk6v45
